Justin Oakland

Justin Oakland has a history of hard work and dedication. As a teenager, he started working in the custom home building and construction arena. For 10 years, he owned and operated an underground irrigation company which allowed him to gain invaluable knowledge as a subcontractor.

In 2005, he began flipping houses. From there he ventured into home construction and building in 2010. Working closely with homeowners and developers has been very rewarding. Nikki Oakland

Dr. Nikki Oakland is a certified chiropractor who put her practice on hold to help her husband, Justin Oakland, full time.  Nikki has worked for Oakland homes for 10+ years. She is passionate about customer care and home design. 

Along with her creative eye for design, Nikki helps clients with their budgets and selections of materials. She enjoys helping clients select finishes inside and outside of their future homes. Nikki is Oakland Homes' Chief Office Manager and Finance Coordinator. She is responsible for designs, finances, ordering, scheduling, and communications. 

Nelson perdomo

Nelson comes to us from Honduras. He has a diverse background in field work ranging from lawn irrigation, painting, hanging drywall, construction, and landscaping.  He is passionate about clean jobsites and hard work.

Nelson has been working with/alongside Justin Oakland for 20+ years and is a loyal employee. He is responsible for keeping job sites clean, talking with subcontractors, and handling miscellaneous work that needs to be done. ​
